Powerwashing of sidewalks – letter will be sent with 30 day compliance. If not in compliance Jeff Cox will be contacted by Gary to have (just sidewalk/curb) at a fee of $150. That initial letter can have Jeff Cox’s info and rate of $80 to do drive, sidewalk and curb.

Dogs breads – Letter requesting dog breed confirmation 30 days to compliance and file or $100 per day fine until received. Dog breed confirmed as OK – no problem filed and on record. Dog breed confirmed as violation of breed. 30 Days to Comply with proof of compliance. $100 per day non-compliance until proof of compliance.
