  • Clarification on requirements if board needs 2/3 for special assessment
  • PSI Proposal walkthrough
  • Paul Colella – additional comments on project, timeline and payment options
  • Approve contractors for the project. MOTION for a not-to-exceed amount say $390K this will allow for room to approve various contract work associated with the asphalt project see attached.
    • Paving company, And future sealing
    • Engineering firm, field density tests
    • Gate sensor replacement
    • Lighthouse project Manager
  • Motion for a special member meeting for a special assessment to coincide with the members meeting in February. The amount of the special assessment and payment amount, along with due dates.
  • Have the Attorney prepare a proxy for the following, for the February meeting, to include below.
    • Approve cross-utilization of reserve line items for the budget year 2022
    • Approve special assessment for $250.00 owner to be paid in 2 installments added to the 2nd and 3rd quarter fees. Or as determined by the Board.
    • Approve material common element change installing speed bumps.
