The note of requested considerations were:
- We have been assured that there will be as minimal disturbance to trees and the natural surroundings as possible
- We have been assured that all damage to community or neighbors property including yards, pools, fences, sidewalks, ponds, etc and any other damage done as a result of construction will be compensated for; as we are instructing our homeowners in that area to assess and record (photos and video) the condition of the property before construction begins to verify any damage done post construction. This also includes, any damage associated with the filling of the current sewer system to the preserve and residents property.
- We have been assured that trees removed will be replaced where available, including the staggering of the trees in the new sewer access area, using a tree staggered layout, as to best assure privacy yet still maintain sewer line integrity.
- Although this many not completely effect this specific project, we would also like to request that all completed facility lighting be kept low and to a minimum where appropriate, upon completion, to minimize the disturbance to Creekside Preserve Residents.
- Although this many not completely effect this specific project, we would also like to request all efforts are executed to reduce sound impact on Creekside Preserve Residents; this would include are request for an 8ft tall privacy wall where appropriate which residents have been told by “previous” development employees would be acceptable.
(additional note a 6ft fence was agreed to before and that is what they have confirmed they will honor)
