– Tie in to manhole today and tomorrow
– Testing next week then certification for the installed line. The additional dewatering pump will be removed once the pipe is tested (end of next week)
– Week of March 6th for landscape install.
– 6 inch bypass will be removed once the FDEP certification is complete (this has to remain in place till we get FDEP clearance)

– Revised landscaping plan has been attached which adds two additional trees and shrubs.
– Please recall that there will be a 6 ft PVC fence on Benderson property adjacent to the drive behind the buildings see attachment for the fence location

– 301 improvements complete by end March

– Pavement for sewer access road north of creek will be mid March

– Benderson will continue to monitor contractor work hours
