There are several different options for Creekside Preserve Homeowners to pay Association dues.

The payment option that is FREE and RECOMMENDED by the Association is to enroll in the Auto-Payment (ACH) option. The enrollment to set up an ACH payment is simple, never worry about late payments, administration fees, and interest charges again. However, please be aware that there is a minimum 10 business day timeframe to set up an ACH payment and an ACH payment is not an immediate payment option. PLEASE NOTE: The Online Payment options are by Credit Card or E-check. There is a $9.95 transaction fee for each credit card payment. There is a $2.00 fee for an e-check payment. The fees for online payments and customer service are not charged or collected by the Association or PCM. These fees are generated and paid to the Online Payment service provider Rent Payment. Also note a single credit card or e-check transaction may not exceed $3,000.
